Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking or using our salon services.
1. Appointments & Bookings
All appointments at Amaya Salon & Academy (Ahmedabad & Mumbai) are subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance, particularly for weekend visits and specialized bridal or hair chemical treatments.
2. Arrival & Punctuality
Please arrive 5–10 minutes prior to your scheduled service time. Late arrivals may result in reduced service duration out of consideration for subsequent appointments.
3. Service Satisfaction & Consultations
Our experts perform detailed hair, skin, and makeup consultations prior to every service. If you have any concerns regarding a completed service, please inform our management within 48 hours for resolution.
4. Pricing & Payments
Prices for services, packages, and academy courses are listed in INR and are subject to change. Payment is accepted via UPI, credit/debit cards, and cash upon completion of service.
